CANNOT open iPod library with iOS 7.0.4

I just bought this app, and come to find out, I cannot open my iPod library. All I get is a blank white screen. I have iOS 7.0.4 on both my iPhone 5 and iPad 3, and they both act the same. Im very disappointed, they need an update to correct this.
